Hey there

A week ago, I ordered a free plan from you guys. I have recieved the "Order Confirmation" and "Welcome" emails buts thats it atm.

When will I received the link to DirectAdmin and the user name and password for it?

I have sent an email to freesupport@webhostingdownunder.com.au and received a Ticket ID: 230297 but have not had any answer as of yet. I have also tried ringing, but the phone keeps hanging up on me Sad

If someone could have a look into it, that would be great.
